The event will include tools and techniques for optimising building performance with case study examples.
At the heart of understanding building performance is the ability to identify and understand the ‘performance ‘gap’ and measures such as POE and soft landings which are designed to bridge this issue.
Naghman will look at actual data from buildings (Fiscal, sub-metered, BMS, Occupancy, climate etc.) and how this operational data can be leveraged to optimise building performance.
The discussion will end with a look at building simulation tools and how combining operational data with building performance modelling is one of the best methods for continuous optimisation and energy management.
