The Performance Gap is widely publicised as an industry wide problem. Listen to The Edge update members on the progress they have made and then hear Constructing Excellence Oxfords' working groups progress on the issue.

A short workshop will follow to cultivate ideas and direction. How might you address this within the wider industry and your club? Networking, refreshments and canapes will follow.
