Come and find out about Wokingham Borough Councils ambitious plans to regenerate Wokingham town centre. Members of the team will provide an overview of the public sector led plans from the master planning stage through to live delivery of the various projects including Peach Place, Elms Field, Carnival Pool and the Market Place Improvements.
Speakers include Emy Circuit (Delivery Manager, Development Delivery Team), Sarah Morgan (Head of Development, Commercial Property), Jo Lovell (Building Services Project Manager) and Jan Nowecki (Wokingham Town Council Clerk)
At the Heart of the regeneration is the £3.8m Market Place public realm project. Attendees will have the opportunity to see the completed Market Place project as part of the Event and also gain a preview of the adjacent Peach Place Development after the talk.
The event will be hosted in the Town Hall, refreshments and registration will be open from 6:00pm with the presentation starting at 6:30pm.
