Following the Government announcement that they plan to build 1,000,000 new homes by 2020 Nathaniel Lichfield & Partners (NLP) will be coming to give a presentation on the recent Housing Bill and Starter Homes Initiative. This seminar will follow on from NLP's recent publication - A Tangled Web? Housing Policy from a new government (which can be read here). This new think-piece looks at how and why this broad range of policies has been created and discusses the potential impact on development as a whole.
